Sunday 9th at 2pm GMT is the halfway mark between LM in 2012 finishing and the race starting in 2013 (according to my reckoning)

This year has flown by. Feels like yesterday being depressed on the start finish straight thinking about the 12 month wait again to feel completely knackered (but happy) again.

As Hindy says, counting years from June to June.

I found it a little strange that the halfway date between the 17th of June and the 22nd of June the next year was on the 9th of December. And being the numberfreak that I am, I did a little calculation myself.

LM 2012: 16+17 June, 15:00
LM 2013: 22+23 June, 15:00
From 17th June, 2012 till 22nd June, 2013 is 1 year and 5 days = 370 days.
Half of that is 185 days. And 185 days later than 17th June 2012 is wednesday, 19 December 2012,
also 15:00 hrs. http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadded.html?d1=...

Sorry, some 10 more days before we're halfway!

One of the best things about Christmas Day each year is you know that the next LM is nearer than the last.
