Today the winding up precedure started ... Henri does not pull any punches in where he puts the blame (Luxury Racing plus Stephanie Hoehner)

Saw this today:

Sadly my French is not that good, and Henri doesn't speak very clearly (yes I know the reason behind that).
Could you translate please?

And some google translate from the local newspaper:

Sad end but not a surprise, lets hope henri's skills can be used by someone else, still have a couple of pesca shirts which will be worn with pride in June

+1 This. And thanks to the OP for posting up the news.

Been as Henri is a local boy to Le Sarthe I think the agony of watching the race happen without him will spur him on to other challenges soon.

in brief, Henri says that following his contract with Luxury Racing they were to sponsor him for 2012 and for the ALMS series and for Le Mans 2013. They back-pedalled, leaving him in the merde. In July 2012 he was declared the equivalent to an American Chapter 11 bankrupt, giving six months to reorganise. That ended yesterday when the tribunal sadly declared that emotion could not be taken into account and that the law had to be applied (this morning's Le Maine Libre). However, Henri hopes that he can find work for another team and that a deal with Sebastien Loeb is not out of the question.

Interesting Henri said that the winding up was the correct outcome according to the law - even if it was sad
