Heard today that our fast craft booking at 9am to Cherbourg on the Thursday has been bumped to 4pm.........they are introducing an earlier 7am crossing to Le Havre being offered to us for a no-cost change. How considerate!
Now means a 4.30am start from Bath.........should get though the traffic ok!

Yes, Brittany Ferries have introduced a new route of Portsmouth to Le Havre, but are utilising their existing high speed boat and impacting on the sailing times for the Cherbourg fastcat.
Here is the planned Thursday to Sunday schedule:
They told us that they will automatically move customers to the Le Havre sailing in the morning and the later Cherbourg sailing for returns. However, you can change to other sailing times on any of their other routes for the same price (plus cost of accomodation if you change to an overnight sailing).
We will be contacting our impacted customers shortly.
