Houx Power Options - Help ?

Thought I'd repost this in a separate post to see if anyone can shed any light....
For the last three years we've been staying in a motorhome at Houx due to its reasonable location and power points.
In recent times we've noticed on some of the power poles there are two types of connection - a 'traditional' 16A type connector and also a much larger one (which I assume, rightly or wrongly, is a 32A one). Interestingly last year one camper had a connection plugged into one of these larger ones which then split off into two 'standard' 16A plugs giving them two bites at the power. Very useful!!
Can anyone shed any light as to this type of splitter/connector and where I can get hold of one prior to this years's visit?

Pretty sure the larger ones are 3 phase (400volts) so taking a cable off each phase isn't the safest thing to do. If they some how combine with people about someone will probably be dead. However if both cables are connected to the same single phase / terminal then they won't combine to make 400v. I'm not an electrician but have owned 3 phase machines so i like to understand the basics. I also know that all the electrics at the circuit look bloody scary when only 220v!!!
