I know there is the sticky thread above, but where else can I buy peoples unwanted camping tickets? In previous years there have been a lot more for sale on ebay, but there don't seem as many this year. I seem to remember ebay clamping down on ticket re-selling; maybe this is the reason. If so, where do people sell them now?

I can't buy from the main tour operators, as I don't want a package. Just camping tickets for 3 cars.

At risk of sounding like a broken record and repeating what others have said in the other thread (did you read it all?) yes you can buy the camping only from agents, why don't you just buy three from the speedchills tickets options as so many others here have done?

Perhaps a tad early for eBay items?

There are usualy camping tickets for sale usually on here, Club Arnage or Beer Mountain.

Just contact the tourist office or the ACO no risk and no mark up, they will be releasing returned tickets soon

Will - hoping all good with you?

We may have some vehicle passes for MB spare - not sure how many yet (won't be 3 but possibly 2). If it helps you out let me know - should have a better idea next week.

Best,

Fraser.

Because I don't want all their "facilities" and have a strong preference to camp at Arnage. Yes, I read the thread. IMO the agents are a rip-off. This is my 14th trip there and we have a routine and things/places we like to see/do.

Hi Fraser, yes all good thanks. Me and a few mates are coming across from Hong Kong. Got a few cars in the UK suitable for the trip, so should be a good one.

Our preference is for Arnage, but could be interested in MB if nothing else comes up. Drop me a note when you know what you've got spare.

What faciltiies? If you buy Houx or any other public camping the only facilities are the dodgy ACO ones. I think you are getting confused what all the agents do. They all sell Arnage. 1st tickets had some left the other day.

OK, Will - good luck finding Arnage (either from ACO or other) - I'll let you know what we're up to -it'd be good to catch up again wherever you finish up.

Best,

Fraser.

I would be really interested in your mb camping permits, I have friends on that campsite and just can not find tickets anywhere!

I might have some Tertre Rouge to sell, sadly, if I do they'll be advertised on here, Club Arnage and Beer Mountain, with Ebay as a last resort

Thanks for the input everyone. Problem solved. The ACO website said Arnage was sold out, however there was still a "Book Now" button next to it. It let me book and I now have all the ticket confirmation, so am fairly sure it worked. I assume they changed the graphic when it sold out previously and never changed it back when they issued new tickets/got returns.

Fraser - presume I'll see you around during the race somewhere. Normally seem to. You still got the 968? I'll be in a W124 500E which seems like a perfect LM ride.

You should get a confirmation e-mail, and you should also be able to print an invoice from the aco website when you booked your ticket. you will need both of these if you are pickiung tickets up from the Rotunde at Le Mans.
