Friday lift required
Discussion
I don't generally post on here, but I am part of a large, reasonably well known group at Le-Mans, who has a member who desperately wants to return (he's a fairly prominent member of the group) but who can't get away before friday, and who wasn't coming, until a last minute change of plans has left the door slightly ajar.
I'm am therefore looking for someone who is travelling on friday and has a spare seat in their vehicle? Travel back to Blighty is not strictly necessary, but he would do if it helped. Share of all costs paid naturally, but having seen the cost of crossings for Friday, he just can't justify the huge sums of money he'd need to pay at this late stage! He's travelling from South London, but can get to pretty much anywhere on the south coast if needed.
I am happy (as will many people on Club Arnage) to vouch for the character of this guy - he's a cracking laugh and a great travelling companion. Additionally, you will enjoy the admiration of The Brethren on Bleu Nord (owners of the "Big Irta" truck, formerly known as the Popemobile) as well as a direct line to 50 new Le-Mans mates, who are some of the greatest people you will ever meet. You can even come to the "red light district" party on the Friday night if you so desire!
So.....if anyone can help, please do let me know.
Thanks
Brad
