Available accommodation at Le Mans

Anyone looking for some last minute accommodation for Le Mans this year? I have a chateau about 15 minutes drive from the town centre that is nearly at completion of being renovated - finishing date July but available next week for anyone that is looking for a last minute bargain. The house has 9 bedrooms (7 operational), and 5 bathrooms (3 operational), and could currently sleep 14 people comfortably.
