Houx camping/general admission tix to collect thurs late eve
Discussion
Hi all. Great forum. Would be lost without it.
Few questions for all you hardened veterans (I'm making a long awaited return after about 15yrs)
1. We're camping in houx but need to collect tickets from flexotel beforehand. Any tips or advice on if that's easy enough to do. Driving down from Paris in hire car hoping to arrive Le Mans around 23:30 thurs 20th with aid of sat nav
2. Any tips for houx, should we head for any particular part on thurs eve?
3. Carrefour - is it open 24hrs or not, is it easy enough to go there on the Friday or get in & out of site during race?
3. How do we get to mulsanne straight for drinks & fun on Friday, seem to recall it being a great day pre match? Any shuttle buses etc?
4. As we're all flying to Paris (i live in greek islands now) luggage is an issue so we're gonna need to just bring bare camping essentials & won't be able to bring stuff to cook breakfast (hang over cure etc) so is it easy enough to get breakfast etc nearby?
Sorry for so many Q's just don't want to miss out on anything.
Oh & yeah does anyone know of a Guinness bar?

in order of importance
yes there are loads of bars dotted around and a specific guiness one in the village
The tram runs from the campsites to carrefore which is open most of the time.
Mulsanne is not really the place to drink, onlt two bars and not really te place to be on Friday, best places are in town, tram ride away, or the tertre rouge bar or the campsites/village
Plenty of food available at the circuit or head to town/carrefore area
