It is going to be very interesting this year. With a reduction in fuel consumption of 25% that is one helluva lot less time in the pits. I have no idea if Audi can achieve the same and it might be the deciding factor. Reminds me of the Peugeots which were more economical and had calculated one lap more than the Audis, but due to the poor shape of the tank they couldn't go the extra mile so to speak. Then of course we have the unknown Porsche factor. Really looking forward to it. Photos will of course be posted on June 1st!

1). The air in take sbove the cock pit is different, as are the wing mirrors2). Lights and turning veins are different.
3). The fronts of the car are different shapes, with the Audi having a much narrower central part, and as such wider parts between that and the wheel arches.
4). The side pods are different shapes.
5). The intake under the front is different.
So all in all, they are pretty different - there is just the generally accepted 'best shape' which the differences on are predominantly in the detail. I would say the Porsche gives a blockier overall impression IMHO.
I think this is just an extension of the 'it'll be an Audi with a new badge' stuff that flew about prior to full details being known

Yes I know if you look closely there is a fair bit difference, but when I,m standing at the end of the pit straight and there is a Porsche or Audi coming out of Ford chicane, Me and I bet just about everyone else is going to look twice or thrice to see who it actually is !,, We will see how many times Hindhaugh gets it wrong.2).
