OK just got our groups tickets through. Many thanks TL.

I am unsure where my old lanyard and ticket holder is. So wondering if anyone know's the size for the large tickets and camping permits you have at Le mans

Or the best place to get them. I don't want to be buying something online and get the wrong size etc...

many thanks for reading

They are readily available within the circuit for €5 (last years price)

That's for an official lanyard with clear ticket holder

If you've got the money there are lanyards a many from many on sale - from teams and ACO.. I've built up a bit of a collection now - maybe one day I'll wear them all..!

Pro tip: take your own lanyard and buy a clear pouch in the right size for just €1. Did that last year

I was going to do that. I have about 6 Lanyards from various events but for some reason cannot find my plastic pouch.

I heard that Mobil 1 will be handing them out in the village this year? Might be wrong though. Which isn't very helpful.

Cos when it rains and you and your trews get soaked you are likely to end up with a pocket of papier-maché. Also when you go and get your mates several beers and you need to get back into the stand it is far nicer from her point of view for the jeune fille to fish the counter-mark out of the pouch on a lanyard round your neck than to go digging in your pocket for it whilst you juggle the plastic cups.

Do you have to carry your ticket with you around then? Im staying in Houx for example, so will be within the circuit to start with anyway... (1st time to Le Mans, sorry if its a silly question!)

No you don't generally need it once inside the curcuit. I normally put it in my wallet and leave if there till I leave again. I would carry it with you though. When at Tetre Rouge the bar often calls! Hence needing a ticket.
