Le Harve to the top of the "N138" is fairly easy if you want to run down the old main road and see the usual suspects pootling down.
Alternatively, you could cross the Pont de Normandie at the mouth of the Seine and then travel westwards along the coast and then drop south through Falaise & Suisse Normandy.

We went into Le Harve last yearand there were a load of Le Manners on the crossing on the Thursday.

Do this route every year, head down the river to your right, until the suspension bridge d490 (none toll road) cross it into the forest, at this point program sat nav gace avoiding toll roads, and you will get any amazing blast through forests and open plains to gace (no police ever seen) and from gace after the first cold one all the way to Le Mans on the old road!

Watch the approach the gace 3 speed cameras on the final straight.

Speed cameras aren't actually a problem since the UK hasn't agreed reciprocal rights. You will only get fined for speeding in France if you are caught by les garçons en bleu and fined (or worse) on the spot.

Don't see the point in risking it
