Ready, Steady..........

Quite a few at the circuit today wandering around pit lane. Here are a few snaps (I don't call them photos because they were taken with the pocket camera) and more serious photos will appear Monday after prequel tomorrow. Anyway, just to get you in the mood.




















ETA: I was there today to attend the photographers' briefing so I can get my tabard, but of course have to sign the usual indemnity so the ACO aren't responsible in the event of me being injured. Nothing unusual in that since I've signed them for years. However, can anyone explain what this means please?

That sounds like very bad machine translation from the French.

I think it is referring to the prohibition of publishing live timing on another website without permission.

Thanks lowdrag - really getting in the mood... spotters guide nearly finished.. only need livery for 2 cars (ideally 7 but I have a good gues for the 5) .. grading of three drivers and upgrades of the quality of the pictures I have on three drivers helmets and apparentlt Manu Collard has a new design..

There were due to be Vipers but they pulled out early due to lack of budget. There are no privateer Corvettes and they are only runing in GTE PRO, so it was always just the two this year, but "that sound" will be there!

That was my understanding, and probably in line with their increased activity in terms of live timing on websites/tv provision/apps etc.

Thanks for clearing that up, was a bit disheartened when I heard that so in a much better mood now! 11 days till I leave whoop whoop!
