I believe it doesn't matter what level of membership. You can sign up on the day at LM, just ask then.

Unless it's changed, you have to go to the main office to actually join. So with your back to the airfield about halfway down the grandstands. Think the 'minimum' to get what you'll be wanting is about E100.
