ACCOMMODATION NEEDED FOR LM CLASSIC - HELP

I've been offered the opportunity to fly to the LM classic in a private 4 seater plane, on saturday 5th July 2014. However, due to weight restrictions and also flying time restrictions, it is not possible to return on the same day or to take any camping equipment. We need to provide the pilot with somewhere to sleep for the night, but he doesn't want to sleep in a tent! The trip can only go ahead if we find somewhere to sleep! Does any-one have any ideas as to local hotels or anywhere else we can get our heads down for the night?

I have a room booked at the Premiere Classe Le Mans Ouest which is on the tram line near the university.
It's booked for Friday, Saturday and Sunday and we've made other accomodation arrangements now so I was going to cancel it.
Not sure how we transfer it but you're welcome to it if it helps. It was €51.20/night
