Short term Euro insurance

Am looking into getting short term cover on a friends car to share the drive down to Le Mans this year.

Anyone got any tips for good cover/companies?

Having trouble getting a decent quote from the comparison sites.

I called Admiral, they added my friend onto my RS 6 for a week for £25.00, have done it a few times and intend to do it for the trip down this year, too. Call your own company, you may be surprised.

aa charged £25 admin charge to add my mate on for the year. Strangely it was £41 for the week.

Added my mate Rich to the 911, £1 with a £15 admin fee.
