Why are the 2 Porsche classed as not classified! although 1 was still running to do the last lap?

In order to count the last lap has to be completed in something like seven minutes.
The Porsche crossed the start finish line in the pit lane, went into the garage for an hour and a bit, then trundled round to complete the lap in 1 hour 26 minutes. Ideally it would have finished that lap then done another one, but for whatever reason, that didnt happen.
