Is it me or are this year's post Le Mans discussions full of bickering, moaning and general b
hiness that we can all do without? I Always visit the PH forum after Le Mans to check out other peoples pictures, story's and general banter. This year seems to be lots of OTT remarks on people's speeding, mad friday antics, who did what and what an appalling scene it was and how ashamed people should be of blah blah blah blah.... Maybe I've just read too much into things and I appreciate that forums are for opinion and debate but can't we live and let live a bit?
I for one had an amazing weekend, and quite possibly the best Le Mans trip ever. Great road trip, great banter, great food/drink, great race, great weather, great campsite. Great!

Yep this forum has almost brought me down to depression after the high of Le Mans with the amount of nanny posts about everything. You'd swear this was a knitting forum or something equally as exciting. "I never break the speed limit, I have never done anything illegal, blah blah blah." Change the ****ing record. I had a great time and cant wait until next year. Let the idiots do what they want and just have a great time and make it what you want to make it.
Another here who had an amazing week.
Went down on Tuesday. Spend the days leading up to it driving around and sampling the fantastic roads and countryside.
We avoid all that Mad Friday nonsense. The only slight downer was leaving Saint Saturnin early to head over to the PH Friday Service, only to get stuck in a load of traffic through Le Mans, and never actually making it back to the site of the meet.
But even that had a silver lining, as we managed to come across a 918 driving through Le Mans city center, so we followed that around for a while.
Weather was as good as I remember it being for Le Mans, and the only bit of rain all week ended up providing some interesting developments during the race.
All in all, a thoroughly good time was had!
Now.....back to the Le Mans girls Pictures?

I'm afraid I wasn't sober enough to operate a camera most of the weekend let alone convince any beauties to let me take their photo. I did manage however, to capture a video of my feet stumbling around at the Porsche curves.
And what makes you think I was sober when (yet again for the god knows how many years) I jumped over the barrier and got involved in the drivers parade or took a picture of the best looking barmaid in town

Nice work! The real question is, with your less than sober state, how much MORE attractive were they at the time?!
