Beginning to worry about lack of ticket delivery. Tickets ordered ages ago from ACO by friend (member). Phoned last week to be told they were due to be shipped this week via UPS but still no sign of them, although looking back at last year the same thing happened and they arrived at about this time so maybe I should stop panicking?
Anyway, a few years ago we had to pick up the tickets from the circuit at the Centre des Expositions. I seem to remember reading somewhere that this has changed and if so, where do we go now? I've had a good search on here but can't find anything about this.
Help would be much appreciated.

The ticket office is still over at the Expo centre. If all else fails they can re-print tickets.

It wasn't last year. There might still be a ticket office there but the Accueil General itself had moved to one of these two buildings last year but I can't remember which. It's pretty obvious on arrival however.

Thanks chaps, let's hope I don't have to use it. I think that's where it was when I read about it. Not obvious on Streetview but as you say, I imagine there'll be plenty of people there Wednesday am.

Collection is back at the Rotunda this year, as per the email I had from the ACO for ticket pickup on site

When I ordered mine from ACO I couldn't select an option to get them delivered to the UK so opted for the pick up choice. I like to have them in my hand though so rang a couple of weeks ago and asked if they could deliver and they have already done so (at a cost of course!). Not easy to get through on the phone but they were very helpful when I did.

FFS. Thanks for the update Webby. I've got my car park tickets already but always get my race tickets down there

Ring the ACO. They sent mine via e tickets and I also had arranged to pick up. No cost involved.

Nobody else going for the self-print e-ticket option? Starting to worry I'm the only one!

No worry about delivery, no faffing and no surcharge for collection... As long as they work in the scanners and I don't let them get wet...

I thought about the e-ticket option but they wouldn't look the same in the collection of old tickets!

That is very true, and I actually thought about that too before caving into the convenience. They certainly don't generate the same level of anticipation as a proper ticket.

I went for it.

Not quite the same as having proper tickets, but all the old ones end up lost in draws anyway. (Wish I'd kept them neatly now actually... For some reason?!)

Going to print multiple copies in case of rain damage or loss.

Thinking of laminating a set also but not sure they'll accept or work.

Daft question from someone who has no idea - where abouts is the Rotunda?

Rang last week as mine hadn't come and UPS had told ACO they were delivered in February! The lady cancelled the barcode on the alleged originals and emailed me etickets. Guess we will see if they work when we get to the campsite. You have to persist a bit on the phone and avoid the lengthy French lunch hour(s)

Tickets turning up on Friday I've been told, so fingers crossed etc. If not at least I know where the Rotunda is.

Thanks Alexis for the offer, UPS are delivering tomorrow (well, that's what the email said anyway), I was probably panicking over nothing. Should have learnt by now that the ACO is a bit disorganised.
