Although we've had a place in the Mayenne for the past 9 years, we have never been to Le Mans, even though it's just over an hour away. So, this year we decided to make the effort and attend the show at St Saturnin. It was well worth it.
My better half and I had a great time and were truly taken aback when we were asked if we would enter our Bentley GT in the parade.
As a result, I just wanted to say a big thank you to the organisers of the Cavalcade from St Saturnin Classic British Welcome to Le Mans on Friday.
The way that the Harley riders controlled traffic at junctions, etc, was impressive, just like Police outriders. The crowd lined streets and waving kids was great to see.
Overall, a great and very memorable day indeed.
