Hertfordshire to Gravesend

Hi guys, I'm going from Hertfordshire university and going back to Gravesend tomorrow night/morning (Sunday at 1am) i am aware both crossing, dartford and Blackwell tunnel close, I'm a fairly new driver and this is the first time I'm travelling like this, how would I get back to Gravesend as it seems that Google maps doesn't tell me that the roads are closed and show me alternative routes home,

They frequently close lanes on the Dart crossing but it is rare to be completely closed. This website shows some access slips closed & some lanes closed. But shouldn't affect you going to Gravesend.

The M25 is a big old ring road.

You could always go anti clockwise past Heathrow etc to get around to J2 for the A2.

Or is it Gravesend ,La Sarthe ?

I would camp at the Houx. Get to Gravesend then head South for 326 miles sign posted Le Mans
