Any Viewing Areas On The Mulsanne?

Pretty much as per the title really, was wondering if there's viewing on the Mulsanne anywhere?

Official:
- You can see the start of the Mulsanne from the end of the Tetre Rouge banking.
- You can see the end of the Mulsanne from the end of the Mulsanne corner viewing area (drive from circuit).

Semi-official:
- The Chineese restaurant just before the first chicane.
- Hotel Arbor just after the second chicane.

How do you get to the hotel and restaurant during the race since all the access roads are closed?

D140 is open and runs semi-parallel to Mulsanne Straight - access both from there.
