Le Mans Classic - *lite*

Myself and missus did the LMC a few times but about a decade ago so a bit rusty. We B&B's about an hour away and each time went in for the full 3 days. We stayed around the village and never venutured firther afield around the circuit. Each time I felt we had maybe done one day too much.

I'd like to introduce our family to it as part of a wider motoring tour of France, they enjoy cars but not as mad as me, you get the gist. I also dont fancy buying 4x tickets for everything if they are not salivating at the prospect either!

So .... remembering how busy it got on the Sat/Sun was just planning on entering the circuit on the Friday and then maybe car/people watching in cafe bar outside on the Saturday (someone said Arnage was good for this) before moving on south. Does that sound reasonable? I'd like

I did enjoy the spectacle of the LM start the one time we bought grandstands, and would like my kids to experience that, but it got boring sitting in one place, and I really get most enjoyment from the clubs and cars and paddocks.
