Just a heads up for anyone who bought tickets for the concert originally scheduled for the MMA arena. You will have had the email from the ACO advising the change of venue to inside the circuit. Stage next to Dunlop Bridge. What the email didn't say was that the concert is free.

Deep down in the ACO website is an item saying that tickets for the concert will now be valid as "general entry" for the whole weekend, and that refunds are available for anyone who has already bought general entry tickets. There is a form to fill in and the deadline for reclaiming is 9th June.

Thanks, I bought mine via Ticket master FR and they seemed very slow in admitting what was going on & I've sent them an email requesting a full refund & are there any forms to fill in & so far a big fat zilch from them....l think the Ticket master website was misleading as it implied the tickets were almost gone scratchchinnono

You could have problems with Ticketmaster. I bought mine direct from the ACO. €85 a pop for best seats.

I believe they couldn't sell enough tickets to fill the MMA.

I'll be speaking with my credit card company and trying to get a chargeback/Section 75 refund if I haven't heard anything by the end of the week - I've given them the opportunity first before I use plan B....

I get the feeling it’ll be quiet again like 2017

Keep me posted on your progress please. I'm in the same position (I commented a bit further down on the LM pages). I've not heard from them (Ticket Master France) either, but giving them the benefit of the doubt, they probably need to get confirmation from the ACO. However, I'll be doing the same as you if I don't hear this week.

Good Luck fellas, rather a result for our lot as we bought the 40euro tickets which are now effectively GE tickets for a tidy discount-and the gig is still included

OK, I finally found a contact number that worked. Customer support: +33 149 975 191 for Ticket Master France. After a bit of explaining, they have now confirmed a full refund will be available. I have confirmation on email also. The refund will take 1-3 weeks. Suggest anyone in the same boat puts the call in also.

I got an email from the ACO telling me I'll get a refund but the card details I used to buy the tickets has now expired so they can't refund back on to the card! They've asked for bank details to allow them to refund me but I can see this going horribly wrong!
