Just wondering if I'm likely to encounter any issues with a low(ish) T5 getting on or off the ferry?

I've seen low exotic stuff get on the ferry, albeit quite slowly and at an angle, so I think if you're careful you should be OK. It might be worth taking some short bits of scaffold plank just in case.

I would advise telling them at check in as they do load sports cars on lorry decks because of this sometimes.
