Need a hotel for next weekend

Chaps,
The in-laws are looking for a place to stay next weekend while travelling south through France.
Can anyone recommend a nice hotel for wrinklies?

Also, I doubt the hot dog wagens are there yet so if anyone actually remembers the name of a good restaurant that may save my credibility!
(Le Flambdou springs to mind but keeps getting lost in an alcoholic flash back)
