What is the deal with access to/from parking M1 during Le Mans weekend?

I'll be arriving late Thursday evening, where does the closure on the D338 start? I assume I can still use Chemin aux Boeufs to access the parking?

If that's the parking near the football stadium, if the Mulsanne is closed (which it will be all day until midnight on Thursday) you need to carry on around the roundabout behind Tertre Rouge corner as if you're heading up the slip road to go away from the circuit but then immediately to your right is a turn to go round the back of the 'Stella Bar' then right again takes you under the bridge that the Mulsanne straight goes over, this road takes you to all the parking and campsites round that side of the circuit. smile

When the circuit's closed that little slip's often closed too and manned by a couple of police officers. If it is try to double back to the roundabout, head back towards Le Mans town and take the first right, on to Rue de Guetteloup. Follow that till you get to the traffic light junction and take another right, on to Rue de Ruaudin. Follow that road till you go over the bridge and the road drops down and turns right. At the bottom of the drop hang a sharp right, doubling back on to yourself. This puts you on Chemin aux Boeufs, that takes you past the Stella bar/stadium/campsites/all the way down to the Beausjour roundabout.
