Great App for Le Mans

Zello is a Walky Talky App that works on both Android & Apple, its free and brilliant. It works just like a WT

Except unlike the cross-talk of multiple people using the same channel you get on talkie-walkies (you're in France remember) you'll have the lack of data half the time, while you and a few hundread thousand other people try to call/stream/download WEC app. updates/auto back-up their photos and videos/etc.

Much better off just using something like WhatsApp or even SMS to tell all your friends "I'll be in the Champagen/Guiness tent/X grandstand/still queuing for Y toilet, come and meet me".

Y'see, for the past couple of years I've had absolutely no problem with 4G at and around the circuit. Before that, yes, but not recently.

One can't help but admire whoever made an app for a mobile telephone that turns it into a slightly worse telephone.
