I totally agree with the great service offered from Norfolk Line. In both directions, we arrived earlier and were able to get on the earlier ferry.

They were especially helpfull and understanding after i left my jacket (with wallet in pocket) on the back of a chair in the port cafe, and i only realised once the car was loaded. The purser rang around to confirm that the wallet hed been found, then made arrangements for me to leave the ship and pick it up from the ports lost property. A potential major problem averted by an understanding and calm crew.

Wow, the engines must be loud on that ferry!

Do their boats still list to one side or have they fixed it since last year?

We used Norfolk Line to go to the Spa LNES this year, and they were good.

Used them last weekend to go to the Ring. Excellent service - nice clean boat, decent food for the money, stunning view ahead from the reclining seats... And 41km closer to the Ring
