Totally agree.

We arraived early for both out outbound and return crossings and they got us on the earlier boats both times, and these were at mid-day on the Thursday and the Monday.

Norfolk Line crew were exceedingly helpful at departure when after loading i realised i had left my wallet and coat in the port cafe . The Pursar and crew were great helping me get them back before the boat sailed.
