Didn’t we used have some chap on YouTube do a long range weather prediction? Weathers been so crappy so far this year I reckon race week will be a scorcher.

Our group are all going in soft tops, guaranteeing it will be both cold and wet for the duration. frown

Every year I say the same - it will be beautifully sunny and warm and there will be no non-sun. (The 'R' word is considered an unutterable expletive where I come from!). Stay positive. wink

Saturday is looking like a significant downpour but it’s too far out to be certain. A few days before we should be a bit more confident about what will happen.

Looks like potential rain from 2nd/3rd June. Not heavy rain though.

Get out of here with your so-called 'science'. It's not a reliable weather forecast unless it is 100% animal based.

Do they have tractors to extract motorhomes? Mine has no grip at the first sign of damp grass.

I remember on Maison Blanche a few years ago about 50 of us and 2 chained Land Rovers trying to get a serious American motorhome unstuck and failing. Have a video of it somewhere. It was gone when we got back a couple of hours after we gave up. Where there's a will there's a lot of drunk guys willing to help out (and throw in the towel).

I towed a camper off the damp grass a few years back. Because it had dug in, it didn't do a lot for the clutch.

Going back to the weather, the forecasts for last week were completely wrong, and the predicted sunny day had a thunderstorm, whilst the rainy days had sunshine.

Meanwhile, I've seen French cars with Critair stickers, but not a lot confused
