Im coming again, this will be year 5! I usually drive over via Le Shuttle though. Im still not sure if its me by myself next year, my partner was fairly adamant this year was her last as she just doesn't enjoy the race. I'll have to see when the tickets are about to drop, give her a chance to change her mind.
8 of us going next year, finally managed to convince the rest to rent somewhere rather than camp and we've managed to get an AirBnB house just past the entrance to the old Bleu Nord campsite. So looking forward to a decent bed for the first time since i started going in 2004 😆

For anyone trying to book via the ACO web site, currently they have an issue with the Card Payment system, and so it crashes during the payment process, should be fixed next week apparently
What tickets can you get at the moment ? sahajesh said:
I just bought Club access for me +1, website said payment failed but it went through fine.
Just tried and got the same. Tickets showing in my ACO account but had payment failed. Banking app not showing it yet. Just called and payment went through OK.Edited by Red9zero on Friday 3rd October 12:20

I might be wrong but for Penske to be invited to LM next year it requires two 963's to be running in the whole of the WEC 2026 season already, That would mean Proton Competition increasing their team to two cars from one which I hope they would do but financially is unlikely I gather.
As a big Porsche fan, I am to blame for this, I paid Team Langoustines 2026 LM deposit the day before the announcement of Porsche's pull out from WEC. Not sure who I will root for now.

Yes, as things stand a manufacturer needs to be in WEC to run at Le Mans, finishing in a qualifying position in one of the other championships isn’t enough, and it’s a minuu to of 2 cars per manufacturer for a WEC entry
