So now the dates have been confirmed what are the main places that are recommended for camping and who to book it through?

Also what works out the best/cheapest; ferry or chunnel?

God damn why is it so long till June!!!

Speedferries will I think work out the cheapest, I booked up ferries with them for both the potential weekends before dates were announced and, now that we know the confirmed dates, will amend the earlier one to later in the year for a family hols or maybe even a ring run. For camping I have gone with Houx Annex via the guys at teamlangoustine.com. Seemed quite reasonable, probably can get the camping cheaper if going direct with ACO but may be a bit of a lottery.

From what I understand best to hurry hurry hurry once dates have been announced so get your skates on. I believe speedferries prices are already on the upwards march.

SO far i've found that the chunnel is cheapest for bikers at £49 return.

My group got rates of £212 per car on Poole - CHerbourg.
