Le Mans accommodation - 16 people?

Okay - so realise this is rather late in the day, but some of our original plans have regrettably fallen through. In short, would really appreciate any recommendations for a reasonable/good hotel or chateaux within an hours drive of Le Mans ideally and parking space for app 8-10 cars (14-16 people). Can be self catered as our group hope to spend a decent amt of time in and around the track during the race. Would be getting taxis/minibus to and from the circuit but would spending some of the pre-race days exploring the local area.

Baz ... a pal had an email from their LM hotel stating that due to cancellation, they had ten rooms become available ... do you wish for me to double check availability ?

or you can speak to the Le Mans tourist office as they have a list of accomadation
