.... HOW EXCITED ARE WE ALL?!?!?!?

Currently at defcon 7.
Moving to 8 when graphics are applied.
9 the night before we depart.
Then it's a resounding 10 until Sunday evening of race weekend.
Dropping to a brief 6 before peaking at 7 again in anticipation of the drive home.

I now have the LeMans wallpaper on the computer at work and realised we'll be there 3 weeks today!

That said I've had either an Aston or Vette on my computer at work since last year anyway...

I've been pretty excited since Christmas! I've had last year's pictures from the race on rotate on my desktop since coming back! Getting very excited now, can't wait till the car gets stickered up and packed. Does anyone know when the autosport magazine comes out with the le mans feature?

I'm so excited whenever I think about it I have to do that stretchy thing to stop myself from farting.

So I'm currently running at about 7 1/2

I'm trying to keep myself calm and not get too excited. Preparations are starting to take over my life, my girlfriend thinks I'm mad, people at work can't understand the hype, I can't sleep but at least I can pop in here and you guys understand my plight!!

Currently at Defcon 8 , rolled out the Venom for a few final detailed finishes to the exterior and stuffed a few more bits in the boot (yes , it,s already packed ...just in case they bring the date forward) Just enough room for a pair of pants and my tooth brush!

Can`t wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep...I think it,s safe to say I,m getting a tad excited!:heh:

Technically, you're going the wrong way with your DefCon ratings; 5 is at peace, 1 is all-out nuclear conflict.

And I would be excited, but I'm not going. Maybe next year... sounds like an event not to be missed!

Trying not to get too exicted, as time just seems to go so slow when things are like that. Hovering at 5 at the mo... but struggling ..... I CAN'T WAIT !!!!! ..... ok maybe going up to 7-8 from time to time.

Everything is ready to go.. just got to put it in the car.

I just don't see how you guys can get so excited.
All the preparation to the car, packing, driving etc.
Then there's the spending, the hangovers, the incessant noise, bloody cars everywhere, dust, damn fireworks and subsequent lack of sleep, mate's constantly fartin' in the tent.
Not to mention the chuffin' heat and a four day diet of bleedin' burnt sausages.
Then that tedious drive home which seems to take forever.

I sometimes wonder why i bother.
