Ok.. sorry to repeat the question asked by so many others.. can someone please, in real simple terms explain the process to post a picture.. It can;t be too hard and I'm fed up not knowing how to. Cheers

First it must be hosted and then you get the link so it says something like:

www.internet.com/picture/picture1.

And then you take the formatting codes:
[pic] [/pic]

and slot it in between the two sets of brackets so it looks like this, just without the spaces:

[pic] www.internet.com/picture/picture1. [/pic]

So here's a pic:


Then just quote me to see how it's done.
