Le Mans 2007- Dates

All,
does anyone know when the ACO officially publishes the dates for the next Le Mans ? I know its usually the middle weekend of the month of June , so 16-17th June 2007, but how reliable is this ?
Our party is going from strength to strength , so expect to be going with 14 others and want to book accomodation now. Have called/email about 20 places and they are already full with repeat bookings, but have now found 2 nice Gites that I would like to reserve straight away. If i got the dates wrong, its £200 beer money lost in deposits, and the places might be full the following weeks etc.
Is it a big gamble assuming those dates or not?

Le mans is always the 24th weekend of the year.
Assuming 2007 utilises the same format, 16/17th should be correct.

ACO Don't usually confirm until October/November..
Aye, the ACO will confirm the date November-ish.
However, we were discussing this at the Classic this weekend, the 24 usually happens on the weekend nearest to the longest day (June 21st). Which in 2007 falls on a Thursday, so could well be the weekend of the 23rd. However, this is pure speculation.
