Hold your horses, it does state they are provisional and subject to administrative authorisations, whatever that may mean.

Approval from the FIA and confirmation from the local authority that they are allowed to close the roads over the time periods that they want to close them.

My guess is that it's likely to be the date but I don't see any point in booking ferries etc. now.

As usual I won't think about booking till Nov/Dec ...by then the date's will be fully confirmed.
