That-Way @ Le Mans 2006

There's a group of about 20-odd of us who all go to Le Mans together each year. We had an awesome trip in 2006 at Le Mans...!! It's our 4th year in a row now, and this time one of the guys in our group thought he'd get some footage of the whole event and make a short film of our antics!

The finished article should be available to download in a week or two but he's finally relented and made me a short trailer as I've been bugging him over and over to send me some sneak peaks!

Thought I'd share it with you guys here as it'll give the people that haven't been before an idea of what kinda stuff we (and everyone else!) get's up to when they're not watching the race, and those that were there this year can reminisce and maybe even spot themselves in the footage

This year was pretty rowdy compared to last year.

Cant say I didn't have a brilliant time though!

Trailer is looking good. Definately gonna watch the finished article.

A certain sense of nostalgia swept through me.

I'll probably have to come up with a shortend version of the full length one for everyone to see as the file sizes are going to be maahooooooooosize to say the least, total running time is coming in around about the 30 mins mark with a target length of 45, but it's kind of one of those you have to be there DVD's half of it wont make sense to most people, it's targerted more towards the group that attended

i'm sure a couple of the pressed DVD's can make there way to a few intrested members although i have to be carefull about some of the contet as it was *cough* stolen from Canal 1 buy sitting the camera in front of the Freeview TV in the van, i really would love to have Media acsess next year, think i have more chance of playing in the world cup for Brazil though lol

i) no apostrophe within days
ii) no apostrophe within, but a full stop after the abbreviation mins.
iii) Rouen, please.

was thrown together in a matter of mins just to get Andy off my back lol, wasn't really going to be a public domain video but it ended up being so

as for Rouen, i have enough trouble navigating it, let alone spelling the damm thing lolololol

but well spotted none the less lol

but the opening credits are so well done, that it's a shame to spoil it for a little carelesness.

Cheers for the heads up though on the mistakes, i probably wouldn't have even noticed them lol

I eventually got to view the trailer last night - for some reason the works pc throws a wobbly when I try it here.

Nice work fella Certainly reminds all us folk who go to Le Mans, exactly why we go to Le Mans. And for those who haven't, you should.

Hi Neil! Thought you'd forgotten! Really looking forward to going and being part of the team!
Need , if poss, a list (inventory) of bits like leads equipment etc. if Chris has one? If not thats something we could sort out pre event? BTW whats the score for Speed Chills when the LMS does Silverstone instead of Donington?
