A good place to look is Club Arnarge

You get some very knowledgeable people on there that are LM veterans. Not much info passes them by

Talking of CA, start by looking at
www.lemanszone.de/caguide2007/caguide2006-full.pdf
This is last year's guide but the new one is a "work in progress" of which more details here:

Yep, as reported by Skid Solo, Club Arnage is a great place for info.

There are a lot of well informed people on there (and some idiots, like me).

Other places are:-

www.lemans.org
The official website of the organising body, ACO. There is an English language page too.

www.dailysportscar.com

Other good sources of info and tips, are the sites of some of the "collectives" that go to La Sarthe.

Take a look at :-

www.beermountain.com

www.drinkingforholland.com

These 2 sites give you an idea of the whole Le Mans experience; away from the racing. You'll see the degree of preparation that some of the groups go to, to make it a memorable trip.

Get your skates on and get a ferry booked. Also, you'll have to sratch around a little now, to get the right camp site ticket.

have a great time.
