Where can the normal ticket get you in 2007?

Started by reading this part of a quote in the copied tickets thread:-
"This year no ticket will give the right to enter the paddocks for example after problems last year."
Can anyone please claify as it has me a little worried?
So far for the last 5 years my Dad and I have had the Hymer parked in either yellow 12 or P6bis (the last 4 years)on the Bug cuircit. We both have paddock/tribune access passes and so there is no worries there. The g/f and our other friends though just have the normal GE tickets. there has never been a problem with them getting to us (last year they even managed to talk their way into a 'circulation' pass for the Tiv to park next to the Hymer) but do i take it that this year it might be a little different?
