Hi,

I'm going down this year and have managed to get a couple of pitches at Houx (been at the annexe the last 4 times) - good news as my little brother is coming over from NZ.

We have a friend who would like to join us on his bike, however I understand that he'd need a seperate vehicle pass for his motorbike to get it into Houx.

Can you get a seperate pass, and if so does anyone have one they'd be willing to part with?

Thanks!

This could be your lucky day as I may have a spare camping permit for Houx. I am just trying to finalise exactly how many of us are going, and if we need them all - I should know within the week.

I do have 1 spare camping permit for Houx. If you are interested either let let me know your e-mail or phone number, or post a reply asking for mine - I am sure we can agree a price below the current e-bay rates!

Or, if one vehicle is going to be static in Houx all week, a roll of double sided sticky tape, affix tape to sticky cover on ticket, and to windscreen of Vehicle A, enter Houx, remove, walk out, affix to Vehicle B, enter Houx. Is very very bad, but obviously one has a camping pass for Houx Annexe and is merely visiting friends in Houx, and will obviously leave ones bike in the Annexe when it has a room all to itself inside the big tent.

umm, in theory, anyway hehe

The cheapest way to do this (other than by commiting fraud) is to buy parking in one of the carparks for a car and then allocate the pass to the bike. Or just park the bike in one of the carparks but perhaps it's a bit more vunerable to damage and theft?

You should still be able to get carparking from the ACO at not a huge cost or I think you can just turn up and buy parking in some of the carparks.
