The TVR guys are in Le Houx. You can buy these for stupid money on ebay, but there's very little chance you'll end up anywhere near them, as they are numbered.
Houx annexe again can be got on ebay. Failing that, I am sure that a few of the agencies still have camping at Beausejour. I know TL still have grandstands.

I think the phrase is everything has filled up!
I think the TVR Car Club are usually on Houx but getting a pass for Houx is usually tricky - you might get lucky at the last minute though.
You should be able to buy BSJ from the ACO at face value still so I wouldn't buy that through a ticket agency.
Otherwise try the Sale forum over at Club Arnage but there don't seem to be any tickets around at the moment but there should be some nearer the time.
