Perhaps a stupid question but i'll ask anyway :-)

Does anyone know when the tickets are likley to be delivered? I noticed on the Le Mans site that it said anytime after April... As this is my first time going to Le Mans i wasn't sure what has happened in the past with regards ticket delivery. I received an email regrading collecting the tickets - even though i specified delivery by UPS - was this just a standadised email sent to everyone who bought a tickets? I was worried they may have ignored my choice for delivery!

Might as well ask another question... does eurotunnel have any policies with regards to taking 'jerry cans', now so many places are so security obsessed?

Sorry so many questions!!

Cheers, Mike

I'm pretty sure our organiser has his tickets already so I'd chase it up if I were you....

Not a stupid question... but don't panic just yet!

I believe the ACO ticket office send out the tickets to the addressees in alphabetical order over the April-May period.

Over the past ten years or so, mine seem to always arrive circa 2-3 weeks before.

I paniced slightly when I received the email noting where to collect the tickets, as they haven't sent one like that before, but it seems everyone who ordered from the ACO has received this. (I am however still waiting...!)

Just as a marker for you, my Houx Annexe Tickets arrived from the ACO three weeks ago, the general admission tickets arrived yesterday. BUT the Houx tickets which I am getting via somewhere else, have not appeared. There always seems to be a huge window for tickets arriving!

Don't think you should worry, but I might be inclined to give them a call or drop them an email - I have always had prompt responses to emails.

This is the key point - this isn't a standard email. It appears to me that the ACO think that you are collecting your tickets.

You need to ring them or email them to discuss. Did you pay for shipping when you got your invoice? If so it shouldn't be a problem for them to send them on to you.

They've been sending that e-mail out to lots of people incorrectly (including me) - I received my UPS delivery e-mail last Monday (with UPS tracking ref) - tickets were through the door on last Tuesday.

I read this email in an other thread and it says that if your tickets are not posted to you (eg if you have ordered too late), you'll have to collect them... If they said they'd be posted, don't worry about it!

I was having a mild panic this morning as well. Surname starts with an "R".

After reading the thread, and checking my credit card receipts to verify that I had paid, I calmed down slightly.
I'll drop them an e-mail in the morning.
