Breakdown cover
Discussion
Without wanting to temp fait i have decided that this year im going to have to take out some sort of european break down cover. As yet i dont have a ferry booked and thinking of just jumping on the euro tunnel. Having got nearly to the end of there online order form i noticed they provide cover so i hit it just to see what effect it would have on the price. It was only £35 im thinking that is not a great deal of money. But my question is do i get not a great deal in return?
Who would be the best to use?
And just a quick foot note. I dont have uk breakdown as my father has several car dealerships and should i have a problem over here drivers to sort me out with recovery. Just im sure he wont extend the same service to mid france.

I always take out European RAC cover for the 5/6 days which costs in the region of £40-50 - but this is for a car built in 1978. For more modern cars I guess the premium is a tad cheaper.
Does the cover you've seen just cover for the journey, or does it include cover throughout the trip? For £35 though, if it includes everything (recovery, transport, replacement car) then sounds ok.
