Maison Blanche camping - Zoning
Discussion
There are a couple of threads talking about swapping camping tickets due to the MB Zoning coming in to effect, but I thought I read somewhere that the zoning was not being enforced this year, but next year, and was more of a trial run for the new style camping tickets which would be scanned in/out but you could still camp where you like within MB.
Does anyone have any further detail on what the real situation with zoning is this year ??
Cheers Andy.
In zone "C" !

Other than ebay sellers who are saying different things...
The official version is that zoning is being enforced along with marked out pitches. What is not being enforced is allocated pitches (as per Houx) which will apparently come into force next year.
So, if you've got a zone C pass, in theory you will be pointed in the direction of Zone C where you will be able to have one 7mx5m marked pitch.
Whether it will happen like this in reality is of course anyone's guess

Oh well, hopefully we all have enough space for a decent camp.
Although I am not sure it will end up looking like this on the Saturday!

yup - all of our MB camping passes say Zone C on them - the CA boys have a image in http://www.clubarnage.com/caguide/caguide2007/c11-... that shows the zoning...
Hi guys - just noticed over on club arnage that the early arrivals are having some issues with the zoning in MB. Aparently it is being enforced this year, within the marked out pitches and zone letter assignment, plus they are not letting people reserve space for group members arriving later than any advanced party.
Could make for a difficult time for any large groups arriving on different days :-(

Blue nord has been zoned as well. 2 guys we are meeting there have already arrived at the circuit says its been zoned. But we got a message from them saying they were close to last years place. So they've either got another pass or told the marshalls to get
ed. Either way. We arrive at the circuit in the morning!
