Has anyone ever been to the Classic British Welcome? It's my first time at Le Mans and I believe it's on the Friday... but isn't Friday the day of all the cars going past on the Mulsanne? It'd be good to hear people's opinions on what's best...?
Look out for my old man's car, a red with white hardtop '59 Healey 3000mk1 rally car (plate BSL621) on display. The most travelled Healey in the world.
Quite possible to do St Sat in the morning (breakfast is good) and get back in time to do everything else. Well worth a visit. Plenty of tasty cars always around there.
