If they were to update it next weekend I bet it would look a bit different.

I'm sure there must be some Le Mans boffins out there could pretty much put a date on when the mapping was done!

Hi Guys, yeah I noticed that the resolution was much better too, at one point I thought I could actually see the stain from a mates pool of vomit in Bausejour from last year.

In fact, I can tell you exactly when they took the new photos. I was having work done at my home here 5 miles from the circuit and their lorry was in the courtyard, so it was the 17th July 2006 that the update was done. My own home is now so clear I can virtually count each block on the hard standing in front of the house. Frankly it is frightening; the authorities can now check who has installed a pool or done any extension to their home without asking for planning permission just by clicking on a mouse at their desk. Big Brother may be a bit later than 1984, but he has arrived!

Flash earth is also very good, plus is doesn't need to be downloaded.

This is really cool!

So.... This is the cafe in Houx.

And here is the entrance to the new tunnel behind the pits.

Hopefully we can get to the new tunnel from Houx, to save going the long way around via the bridge
behind the bogs.

I reckon this would halve the time it takes to walk from Houx to the MB grandstand!!

Do you mean where the cross is on the screen if so there seems to be some trees where our pitch is, is Houx full of trees then

we were camped right next to the bar in Houx last year, excellent spot, if a little busy!! there are quite a few trees in Houx, (as you can see) some actually into the camping 'slots' slightly, but don't worry about it, usually everyone settles down and theres plenty of room. Plus, if it's extremely hot they offer some welcome shade!

You can get though the tunnel from Houx, makes for quite an easy stroll up to the village, and save having to haul up and over the bridge

That's incdredible!! how scary though, that you can pick the exact date.... and you're right about planning permission etc.!!

Not far into the track for you then!

On a normal day I am about 10 minutes from Maison Blanche. On a 24 hours week about 10 hours - lol. But seriously, the photo is so detailed that it is worrying if we are being watched all the time.
