I took this photo this afternoon at a bar just south of Mulsanne corner. English, French and chequered flags already out. Incidentally, if you want to buy flags they are selling them in the village opposite the Mulsanne straight in the new family village.

I can picture the inevitable rain on the way down!
I can feel the boredom of countless Peage motorway miles and then the sudden excitement of something like a Murcielago passing!
I can taste the Maccy D's at the stop at Alencon!
The claustrophobia of the showers

The owner of this bar is known to our crowd as "Wozza", on account of the fact that he is the spitting image of Anthony Worral-Thompson - who (of course) he's never heard of! Give him a big shout of "Wozza" each time he puts in an appearance and the mystified smile is worth a look...

Also, if you've got a tasty car and you let him drive it to the next village and back, you're on free beers all night....
