Newbie to Houx - advice please

Hi are there clear directions to the Houx campsite from the main Le Mans 'ring road'? Also can Houx campsite still be accessed during the practice session on Thursday late afternoon/evening

yes and yes

follow the coloured signs and you'll be ok but it's worth getting a map if it's your first time

Follow the signs for 'Vert' when you pick them up, this will take you to Houx annexe and on to Houx (via the Stella Bar as you pass under the track at Tetre Rouge )

If all else fails, find the main entrance, facing it turn right, 1.4 mile first left, under track and 1st left, straight until a concrete wall appear on the left. Entrance is on the left, where the wall stops and the road bends left (and badly signed - well it is France).
