Wasn't supposed to be going at all but my plans have changed. Means I have a chance to drive down on Saturday morning just to soak up the atmosphere on Saturday night.

Will be on the 8.15am SeaFrance to Calais - anyone else?

Never been before so no idea what I need to do. Guess I'm too late for a camping spot so what are my alternatives. Even if I drive down there for the evening and then sleep in the car somewhere away from the circuit and back Sunday I'd be tempted to do it.

So... is this a crazy plan? Will I be able to get into the circuit and be able to park my car somewhere during the evening.

Cheers.

Did this a couple of years ago and was fine. Decided to go a day before with no tickets or carparking but sorted it out down there.

Don't count on getting much sleep in the car in the white or blue carpark though!

Erik, Buy a general entrance ticket on the day, sleep in the car, have a great time. Not sure where you can park though. Maybe try Parking Blanc? R.

According to Just tickets, there will be 2 new 'public' car parks this year. One behind the porsche curves called "parc du fresnay" and another at Beausejour, which i dont know the name of.
Its first come first served, pay on the day.
